In addition to refurbishing the original house, we designed a small two storey extension. The additional space created a garden room at ground level, with a large glazed screen to take advantage of the stunning view and south facing aspect. At first floor level there is a study and a bathroom (also with a view).

As a flourish, a large elevated terrace creates a shaded area in front of the garden room and a wonderful space to sit and enjoy the view at first floor level.
