Millennium is an interesting timber frame house built in the 1980s. It has a spectacular plan and sectional arrangement that takes full advantage of the dramatic hillside site and views.
We are using 'breathable' construction materials with a natural resistance to weathering. Some new interventions are proposed. These include extended eleveated decks, a dramatic new staircase window and a sloping lead window over the dining area. We hope that when complete, the interventions will give the house new life adding a contemporary layer to the original fabric
The building now needs urgent repair work. We were commissioned by the current owner to consolidate the original fabric and bring the building up to date with current thinking.
