An unpromising backyard site in the centre of Sheffield has been carefully infilled to create a design for a low energy house built around a courtyard.

The scheme evolved through careful discussions with our clients about their needs. The unusual design - a result of a constrained site, and the inclusion of environmental features necessitated a good and close working relationship with the local planning authority to ensure full approval for the scheme.
