Over a number of years Field Farm has been carefully restored and extended. A number of different schemes have been completed on this site, the most recent of which is a swimming pool. A simple trussed timber roof creates an interesting enclosure to the pool.
From the outside the pool enclosure appears as a simple stone wing to the farm house which, despite its large size, means that the pool has the feeling of a traditionally built out building which does not disturb the character of either the original farm house nor its landscape context.
